Martin Corlett-Moss FCIM - Managing Director

With over 30 years’ experience across client-side, agency leadership and consultancy, I help organisations from the smallest start-ups and SMEs, to major corporations, turn marketing into a driver of real business growth.

Although my background spans global brands (leading strategies, teams and programmes to deliver measurable commercial impact, increasing product sales and managing multi-million-pound marketing investments) I believe that smaller businesses, without the advantage of high budgets, deserve access to the same levels of expertise to support their marketing.

I specialise in customer segmentation and insight-led marketing, helping businesses of any size better understand their audience and deliver targeted, effective campaigns to help them stand out in a competitive marketplace.

Alongside consultancy, I focus on developing marketing capability within businesses. I’ve trained and coached over 600 individuals, helping them embed strategic thinking and more commercially accountable marketing, from entry-level junior marketers to senior marketing professionals.

As an accredited AI Project Manager (through the PMi) and PhD researcher, I am also focused on the role of AI in marketing, the ethical and transparent use of generative AI, and the development of practical frameworks that help businessess balance innovation with trust.

I regularly speak at industry events and deliver accredited training for organisations including the CIM and the DMI, supporting marketers and directors in navigating the future of the profession.

In 2026 I was awarded the status of Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, which is in some part as a recognition of my 36 years of experience and contribution to the profession.

About the company

Founded in January 2013, MCM2 was built on a simple idea: that small and medium-sized businesses deserve access to the same level of marketing expertise typically reserved for much larger organisations.

From the outset, we set out to challenge the traditional agency model. By keeping our client base deliberately focused at around 25 businesses, we ensure every client receives the time, attention, and quality of work they deserve. It’s a model that has allowed us to grow steadily and sustainably, while staying true to what matters most, delivering consistent, reliable results.

At MCM2, we believe in long-term partnerships. Whether we’re supporting ongoing marketing activity or delivering a one-off project such as a website, our approach is always the same: respect the client’s budget and apply the same level of knowledge, care, and expertise, whether that budget is £400 or £4,000.

We are not the flashiest agency, and we don’t aim to be. Instead, we pride ourselves on being a safe pair of hands, trusted by our clients to deliver, day in and day out. Our focus is simple: help our clients generate more business through clear, effective, and dependable marketing.

MCM2 was founded by Martin Corlett-Moss, with over 36 years’ experience. A PMI-qualified AI project manager, Martin has been recognised across the industry, including appearing on the front cover of Marketing Direct magazine and receiving multiple awards for his work.

Today, MCM2 remains intentionally small, highly experienced, and deeply committed to helping clients grow, without unnecessary complexity, cost, or compromise.
