People come to us when they realise they need help with their business.
Often we find that people who are great at delivery, highly dedicated, excel at the core of their business, are great on ‘the tools’ but struggle with some of the core elements of business.
I know I did.
Running a large creative business, I ended up managing the finances, dealing with HR issues, and basically doing all the things I was not great at as well as the things that I was.
We offer a series of short training programmes, aimed at Startups and SME’s.
They are completely free, although we do send out a buy me coffee link, so that people can pay what they think it was worth, or nothing, no obligations.

This 1/2 day session is an intro to the 5 key pillars of strategy every SME needs
Put simply strategy is a case of understanding;
- Where am I now?
- Where do I want to go?
- And how will I get there?
This 1/2 day session is an introduction to the 5 key pillars of business strategy.
It is split into two halves, the first covers Destination, Time, Delivery and Finances, and the second looks at Marketing Strategy.
The intention is to give everyone who attends, tips, tactics and methods which they can use to push their business forwards, straight away.
Clearly in 1/2 a day we can’t cover all elements of strategy, but we can get you going in the right direction.
The course is currently free of charge, but at the end you will be sent a ‘buymecoffee’ link, so that you can pay what you think the course was worth.
We do it this way so as not to put people off attending, while allowing there to be a paid element for those who can/want to.
As you know the course will be delivered on zoom;
It will start promptly at 9.00, so please be there around 8.55 if possible
You will need your cameras turned on. We will not be recording the session, but we do want to involve as much discussion as possible.

The course is free, but we will be running a ‘pay what its worth’ system, at the end of the course there will be a ‘buymecoffee’ link, you can donate/pay as much or as little as you want. We do it this way so that it does not put people off attending while recognising the value of what we do.
This course is split over 4 sessions, usually on a Thursday from 4.00pm to 5.30pm. The idea being to make it as easy as possible for people to attend. We would prefer that people attend all of them, but if you need to drop out, and miss one, that is fine. But, they build on each other, so you have to attend the first to get access to the others.
It’s based on some of the courses we’ve run over the last 30 years and is designed to give people an overview of what marketing is, and the best core tactics for them to use.
This course will cover;
- What is marketing?
- Why does it work?
- What tactics are available to you, that work?
- How you can build a consistent, co-ordinated set of tactics?
- How do you get the best out of the main tactics, including SEO, through social media, pay per click advertising and content?
- What you can do tomorrow to improve your results.
The course will be a live, online training session on zoom.
